1. What skills would you like to develop at your site?

I would like to develop the skill of being more organized, which I have already started working on. Also, I want to become more professional in the way that I interact with people.

2. What interests do you have regarding the work done at your site?

I am interested in learning about how the industry works, as well as how bands are promoted and how their merchandise is distributed.

3. What needs can you address (needs your mentor has, your company has, etc.) based on your skills and interests?

I have already addressed the needs of my mentor by organizing an entire inventory of cd's and shirts, which also helped me towards becoming more organized in general.
